  I am disgusted with this clinic! My PREGNANT sister in law had an appointment this morning at 8:45am, called at 8:30am so advised the clinic she would be 5 minutes late as she had misplaced her credit card and needed it to pay for the visit.
  She was then told her appointment was cancelled and she would have to re-book for Saturday. 5 Minutes late?! And the clinic wants to re book in 3 days. Disgusting!! This is a first time Mum who is experiencing strong back pain and abdomen pain. Do we not take care of our pregnant mothers? A first time pregnant mother at that! She was left on the phone upset and angry. Thankfully for the Clinic in Bald Hills they were able to squeeze her in - even though they were fully booked. Safe to say she is changing clinics.
